About me
Hi I’m Igor and I provide automatic driving lessons in Corby, Northamptonshire.

I am originally from Chisinau, Moldova, and now proudly building my life and career in the UK. I’m fluent in English, Russian, and Romanian, which helps me connect with learners from different backgrounds and make driving lessons comfortable and easy to understand.

My journey began in 2018 when I moved to the UK and started working as a warehouse operative. With dedication and continuous learning, I progressed into MHE training, where I taught colleagues - many of whom didn’t speak English as their first language. I learnt how to explain complex skills in simple ways, using clear communication and body language. Watching people grow in confidence showed me that teaching is something I truly enjoy. Within my career I took on more responsibilities, including management duties, I discovered how much I value being a “people person” - someone who listens, supports, and helps others succeed.

Last year I decided that I wanted a career change and after helping my girlfriend and several friends prepare for their tests, and seeing them pass first time, this confirmed to me that re-training as a driving instructor is the right path for me. I am excited with my venture and I am ready to help you achieve your goal in obtaining your driving licence and getting on the road.

I approach every lesson with patience, positivity, and confidence. My goal is simple: to help you learn safely, stay calm behind the wheel, and enjoy the journey of becoming a skilled and confident driver. I guarantee that lessons will be conducted in a calm, positive and client centred manner.
